3 \ 10 \ 2010 is the start date of the fourth week of being the General Manager of the AMTC !
This week was full of tasks and duteis that are not even able to be delayed a minute from it is deadline!!! Thats all because it is the week that actually before the main week that the opening ceremony of our center is during it
There are many tasks had been done by me during this week :
1- Preparing the video that will be presented in the opening ceremony, and that by the Finance manager cooperation and Mr. Renato (one of Media department staff).
2- Oversea the other departments working results and deal with any problem they may faced.
3- Prepare the invitation letter that had been sent to the invited people and organization.
4- Prepare the the opening agenda that includes the actions that will be done with limited time , who is responsible of doing each action ...
5- Design a poster for the IT Club!
6- Finish the Camtasia software as manual for our coming training sessions.
