week 16

During week sixteen I did several tasks in Al Mahara Training Center and all the task was inside the center.

However lets list some work that I did in this week:

In this week I prepare my file and organized all papers and fill the form of the employee performance evaluate and then IT department manager which is Fatima she sets with each trainer and discuses about thier performance in the center and how did they do through working in AMTC.

I also work in my job description form and write evaluation report which was about evaluating my sessions and I print the softcopy of blog form and organized my own file of AMTC.
