Department : Administration & IT Manager
Report to : Administration & IT Manager
The purpose of this job is to manage the time of both the manager and the employees so they can achieve all the goals that they want and on time. Scheduling staff is ensures that the team members will be present to complete the tasks on time which means that without a schedule too few or too many employees may arrive and finish their tasks.
The scheduler duties and responsibilities
• Set the time of the employees to know their working hours and their breaks and Make shifts schedule for the employees and send it to them by email
• Set time for the working and closing hours of the center
• Book the classes for the session and make sure that the environment is suitable for the students or the clients
• Attend the company meetings
• Send the calendar updates to the webmaster to publish them
• Design an attendance timetable for the HR manager
• Design timetable for the meetings and write the name of the person who is going to write the minutes
• Make sure that the trainees are ready for the session and if the classes are ready for the training
• Set time table for the training sessions and give it to the training department
• Help to decorate the center and organize the center.
