Sunday 19th of September 2010
in the beginning of this week I sent emails for all students to remind them about the manuals deadline. Moreover, I also contact the general manager to update her with the newest news related to the Training department.
In the following days, I received attachments about the manuals from most of the trainers and start to manage the files.
Furthermore, I divided some works for my team members. For example, Latifa prepared a bilingual trainee form. Maha prepared a list for the trainers who finished their part on the manuals.
I cooperate with the IT department members to help them to create the website as well as I prepared a Flash file for the template of the website.
I also participate with the designing team to design a template for the AMTC. |
